PT traveler for 13 weeks
Split shift 8-5p and 10-7p two late days. Three early days
ASAP
Two PTAs
40 hour guarantee for traveler position
Aquatic therapy, strong manual practice. 1hr evaluation, follow up booked every 30 min

Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support), State License-Physical Therapist-Maryland, NPI NUMBER
Physical Abilities: From 50-100lbs
