• Average of 30 patients per day - 2 new patients, 2 re-evaluations (30 minutes), and ~26 brief follow-ups managed primarily by MAs
• 8 fully equipped exam rooms, each with E-Stim machines
• 6-8 weeks of neuropathy-focused onboarding with senior clinical leaders
• EMR: NextGen with templates, NO charting after-hours
• Salary $275K, bonus structure launching 2026
