A well?established hospital?based Urology Clinic in beautiful Eastern Oregon is seeking an innovative and energetic Physician Assistant to join a highly supportive and mission?driven healthcare team. This position serves a local population of roughly 35,000 residents and offers the opportunity to practice ?big city medicine with a hometown touch? in a welcoming community surrounded by mountains, outdoor recreation, and exceptional natural beauty.
Compensation and Benefits: - Generous total compensation package ($145k+)
- Strong base salary plus annual quality incentives up to $15k
- $20,000 commencement bonus
- $8,000 annual CME allowance + paid CME time
- Hospital?employed with full benefits and 401(k) match

Position Details: - Four 10?hour shifts per week
- No after?hours call
- Work in a recently expanded 96,000 sq. ft. hospital, including:
- 5 OR suites
- 2 endoscopy suites (convertible to additional ORs)
- 15 pre/post?op rooms, 7 PACUs
- Modern cafeteria and stunning mountain views
- Average 14-17 patients per day
- Scribe support options available
- Epic EMR
- Clinic equipped with:
- BK point?of?care ultrasound
- Olympus cystoscopy equipment
- Laborie urodynamics systems

- Experience as a provider (not accepting new graduates at this time)
