Practice Details:

• Seeking board-certified or eligible interventional pain specialists
• Open to Anesthesia, Physiatry, or Neurology Residency training
• Base pay of 400K plus productivity bonus
• Full benefits, including malpractice insurance
• Outpatient-only practice Monday through Friday
• ASC Ownership Option
• Credentialing can take 30-45 days
