As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), this group offers integrated care that includes primary medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and nutrition services.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP)
• 2+ years of clinical experience as an NP in primary care
• Experience in a Community Health Center preferred (not required)
