An independent, 99-bed community hospital in Sterling, Illinois, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its Urology team. With a robust network of 77 physicians and 75 advanced practice providers across 35 specialties, this organization is deeply rooted in its mission to deliver quality care to the region. In addition to the hospital and main clinic, they operate 14 satellite locations throughout the service area.

Position Highlights:

• Clinic and Hospital work
• Full-time schedule - 4.5 days per week
• Join a busy, established practice
• Collaborate with 1 MD and 1 NP already on staff
• Urology Nurse Practitioner experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range of $120,000?$180,000, based on experience
• Bonus potential included
