We provide comprehensive, patient-centered care, including primary care, dental, and behavioral health services, to communities across Washington County and parts of southeastern Connecticut. About the Position:

• Total outpatient
• Join our team of 11 Providers, including Advanced Practice Providers
• Call is 1:8 weeks by phone only
• 32 clinical hours and 8 hours of dedicated admin time
• Capped patient panel
• Average daily patient census is 18-20
• Full EMR with HIPAA-compliant scribe
