Practice Details - 275K Base
- Full Benefits package, Sign-On, Annual Raises, Incentive Bonus program
- Can practice with any active state licensure
- 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
- 3 CRNAs and 1 ANES on staff
About Talihina, Oklahoma - Southeast Oklahoma No trip to Talihina in southeast Oklahoma is complete without a drive along the Talimena National Scenic Byway. This 54-mile winding route is known for its stunning fall foliage and spectacular panoramas of the Ouachita Mountains. Enjoy all that the area has to offer with a visit to Talimena State Park, located at the entrance to the byway. This small park offers RV and tent campsites, picnic facilities, a playground, hiking trails, and more. Talihina is also home to some fantastic restaurants. 2 hours to Tulsa, 1 to Ft Smith, and 3 to Oklahoma City.
