We are seeking an experienced RN - PACU to provide exceptional care, support recovery, and ensure optimal patient outcomes in a dynamic healthcare environment. What You'll Bring:
- Current RN licensure in your practicing state
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in PACU or similar setting
- Proficiency in electronic health records and clinical software
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to assess patient needs, perform interventions, and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to adhering to the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code of Nurses, and safety standards
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Certification in specialty areas such as CNOR, ACLS, PALS, or other relevant credentials
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Additional language skills or cultural competence
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Over 2 years of experience in PACU or perioperative nursing
- Certification in a clinical specialty preferred
Other Requirements:
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent
- Willingness to work mid-shift hours (8-hour shift)
- Ability to perform physical demands, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Willing to adhere to all safety, privacy, and compliance protocols
