- Excellent annual earning potential of $300k+ per year
- Sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance
- Monday through Friday work schedule from 8 am - 5 pm
- SSG with a medical director, NP, MA, care and referral coordinators, and a pharmacist
- Lab and X-ray onsite
- See an average of 10 - 12 patients per day
