Description
Tarzana Treatment Centers is seeking highly experienced Full Time, Part-Time and Per Diem Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners. The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will join a full service ambulatory care team in providing integrated medical care to all age groups (pediatrics to geriatrics) in TTC clinics in the San Fernando Valley. Providers will assist in leading the efforts of managing an assigned panel of patients in a patient centered medical home environment with integrated behavioral health services. Must be licensed in CA. Flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays. To apply, complete an online application.
