Description
Helms Home Care is seeking to hire several Licensed Practical Nurses or Registered Nurses for hourly private-duty home care. Multiple shift options available including weekday shifts (8-10 hours), weekend day (8-10 hours), and overnight shifts (10-15 hours). Patients live in and around the greater Charlotte metro areas. Applicants are matched with patients based on their skills, geographic location and availability. Patients range from fully dependent (non-ambulatory with Trilogy machine) to partially dependent. Applicants should be familiar with home skilled nursing needs (medication administration, Trilogy machine, gastrostomy, tracheostomy, ADLs, PROM, lifting/moving, etc.).Applicants should possess a current NC or Compact State nursing license and be familiar and competent in the duties of caring for a home health patient with possible equipment such as a G-tube. Applicants must also have reliable transportation, and be able to communicate promptly with our scheduling personnel. Pay is based on experience and is competitive with Full Time Benefits available at 30 hours/week.
