We are seeking a qualified Assistant Director of Nursing for an immediate opening in St. Petersburg, FL! The Assistant Director of Nursing can expect a high level of success due to our multiple patient acquisition strategies.The ADON will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of quality by providing personal care services, assistance, support, evaluation, and supervision to residents as needed. This position serves as a liaison between the Director of Nursing and the nursing staff.
We offer the following compensation package:
$36 – 43 per hour (based on experience)

Assistant Director of Nursing ADON
Responsibilities/Requirements for the ADON role include:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
RN Licensed in the State of FL
Must possess a current CPR certification.
Minimum of six (6) months nurse leadership experience required
Actively participate in the development and achievement of nursing department goals and objectives including staff development functions/responsibilities and educational programming.
Assist in the implementation of and monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and standards of practice consistent with corporate and external regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with various department heads to promote positive interdepartmental relations.
Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of an accurate and effective documentation systems
