facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality,

• You will demonstrate age specific knowledge of human growth
  and development, assessment, range of treatment and care of patients.
• You will ensure the privacy of our patients and
  confidentiality of their Protected Health Information (PHI).
• You will utilize nursing process for individual care to meet
  needs of patients.
• You will demonstrate the ability to perform technical skills
  and procedures.
• You will document all patient care.

orthopedics and rehabilitation. With 126 beds, TriStar Southern Hills is an
Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI and a Primary Stroke Center. There are

Qualifications

• A.S. or B.S. Degree from an accredited School of Professional    Nursing
• Current licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing
• Previous experience in two different nursing    specialties
• Med/Surg. Telemetry is highly preferred
• Current BLS (All RNs)
• Current PALS
• Current ACLS
