We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse like you to be a part of our team. Unit Description Surgical Services consists of 19 suites. This team-oriented unit consists of Surgical Scheduling and Pre-surgical Testing, Surgical Outpatient (preoperative and postoperative), Post Anesthetic Recovery Units, Day Surgery and Endoscopy. All types of surgical procedures, including Open Hearts, Neuro, Orthopedic, Bariatric, Robotic, and Minimally Invasive procedures are performed. The unit performs approximately 750 cases per month.
Position Description
Under the indirect supervision of the supervisor and Nurse Manager and according to PACU and hospital policies and procedures plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care for assigned patients in the post anesthesia care unit. Assists with any other activities of the unit.
