Coordinator for our

• As
  the Quality Management Coordinator (Patient Safety RN), you
  will assist the organization with regulatory surveys and regulatory
  compliance through continual survey readiness activities.
• You
  will monitor policies, adverse events, and clinical practice to maintain
  regulatory compliance and current evidence based practice.
• You
  will organize and maintain  systematic
  data collection and flow of information between departments and into applicable
  committees.

Qualifications

• RN with current Tennessee licensure; BS required
• Clinical background – 4 years experience
• Minimum 1 year QA/PI experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Technical skills:  Strong computer skills and statistical analysis knowledge, written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, organized and detailed, ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
