Under
the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, the Critical Care Nurse Director
will be responsible for the management of all assigned departments. This
position will also oversee and develop various specialty programs.  Responsible for employee, patient and
physician satisfaction as well as regulatory compliance and corporate
standards.
