Harmony Place, an Assisted Living community located on Roosevelt Blvd. in Northeast Philadelphia, is looking for an experienced Administrator. Position is responsible for 24/7 management of the facility including hiring and evaluating staff, increasing resident census and community awareness of our services, maintaining a budget and insuring that the facility is compliant with all applicable regulations.

We offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package that includes a choice of medical plans and three weeks’ paid vacation, a sign-on bonus and ongoing support from our Regional team.

A valid Pennsylvania Assisted Living Administrator license is required. We are open to candidates with a current Personal Care Administrator license who are willing to acquire Assisted Living licensure. Must have a minimum of three years’ recent Administrator experience in an Assisted Living or Personal Care Home facility. We are looking for an energetic individual with a proven ability to lead and motivate staff.
