Under the immediate direction of the Manager or other designated clinical management as assigned, functions as a clinical nurse mentor/preceptor with responsibility for the delivery of individualized, effective nursing care to a module of patients.

Responsibilities:

Deliver care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering adults
Assess patient condition, administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, keep records, and provide patients with support and education
Has the ability to be creative, quick-thinking and a good communicator
Work collaboratively with other health care providers to treat patients with complex diagnoses

Skills

Qualifications:

Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse in Indiana
Obtain and maintain certification in required CPR
BCLS within 60 days of hire
ACLS within one year of hire
EKG certification within 3 months of hire
