Job Title: Clinical Nurse Manager - Subacute Job Description: As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that safe, age-appropriate patient care is provided during hours of unit operation. This candidate will function as role model, advisor, resource, and leader for other members of the patient care team. Each employee is obligated to deliver highly reliable care while adhering to all National Patient Safety Goals. Skills

Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered): - Bachelor's degree in Nursing required - MD Registered Nurse License - A minimum of 3-5 years' Management experience as an RN in a Subacute Inpatient setting - Experience leading a team of 30+ employees is required - Experience with quality assessments, continuous rounding, and visibility on unit floor is required What you need to know: - Newly renovated facility with 35 beds and a rehabilitation gym on same floor - Looking for a candidate who is open to rotating weekend shifts - Competitive salary and benefits including tuition reimbursement opportunities
