The Home Option by Kindred at Home is offering an opportunity for Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one on one in home to patients covered under the Department of Labor Workman’s Comp Program (EEOICP.) Shifts available days, nights, and weekends. This will depend on specific needs.
As a Private Duty LPN you will:
Assess client's health and safety
Administer Medications
Ensure proper nutrition and hygiene
Coordinate changes in care needs to Case Manager
Current LPN license required.
Dependable transportation is essential.
Must be able to work independently.
Current TB Screen
Current CPR Certification
