Requirements:
Experience working with seniors and patients with dementia
Must provide proof of education and/or experience to perform tasks as assigned
Must be registered as a Home Care Aide, including the completion of the criminal background check process
Education:
GED or High school diploma or College Degree

Licenses/Certification:
If driving to and from patient visits, must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance
