Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Licenses/Certification:
If driving to and from patient visits, must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Experience:
Must provide proof of education and/or experience to perform tasks as assigned
