Home Health RN
Plans, organizes and directs home care services with emphasis on community health education, experience. Builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.
Duties of Home Health RN
-taking vital signs (blood pressure, pulse and temperature)
-assessing health progress and needs
-dressings on wounds
-observe how well patients can perform certain tasks that may be hampered by a condition or by having surgery
-client assessment
Home Health RN Requirements:
-Minimum of one year experience on a home health/skilled nursing setting
-California RN License
-BLS/CPR, American Heart Association
-IV Certified
