Required Skills:
- Active PA license or IMLC with LOQ
- Board Certified in Family Medicine (FM/IM with ED experience) or Emergency Medicine (Boarded)
- Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills
- Experience with emergency care, trauma, and urgent care settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to varying shift schedules and high-pressure situations
Nice to Have Skills:
- Clean malpractice history; NPDB report favorable
- Experience working across multiple healthcare facilities
- Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, or ATLS (for non-Boarded EM physicians)
- Flexibility to cover diverse shifts and dates, including nights and weekends
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical Degree from an accredited institution
- Prior experience in family medicine or emergency medicine, particularly in multi-site environments
- Active state licensure and relevant certifications
Other Requirements:
- Availability to cover multiple scheduled shifts from May through July, including days, evenings, and overnight rotations
- Ability to travel between facilities as needed
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining professional standards
