Job Title: Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) – Compassionate Care Provider & Advocate

Required Skills:
- Valid and Current Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) license or certification
- Proven clinical experience in maternity and women's health care
- Strong knowledge of obstetric and gynecological practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Nice to Have Skills:
- Bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Emergency obstetric skills or trauma training
- Leadership or mentoring experience within clinical settings
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's degree or higher in Nursing with a specialization in Midwifery
- Minimum of 2 years of Practice as a Certified Nurse Midwife in a clinical setting
- Current CPR/BLS certifications
Other Requirements:
- Must hold valid state licensure and certification to practice
- Willingness to travel as needed for certain shifts or outreach programs
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
