Join Our Team as a Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at Premier Surgery Center in Grand Island, NE!

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver safe, effective anesthesia care for outpatient procedures at our well-equipped surgery center.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Cover scheduled shifts from August through September, with specific dates and hours: including alternate weekends, and weekday shifts from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Required Skills:
- Valid and current CRNA certification.
- Proven experience in outpatient anesthesia settings.
- Strong understanding of anesthesia protocols and patient safety standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in surgery centers or outpatient clinics.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and billing processes.
- Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently under supervision.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing with CRNA certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience, preferably in outpatient or surgical center settings.
Other Requirements:
- Credentialing with the facility, completed within 60-90 days.
- Flexibility to work on scheduled dates, with attention to detail.
- Ownership of necessary licensure and certifications.
- Lodging accommodations at the Fairfield Inn, Grand Island; local lodging preferred but not required.
- Local travel preferred, with minimal travel arrangements needed.
- Ability to provide services in lieu of an enrolled provider for up to 60 days if necessary.
Enjoy Competitive Pay, including:
- Orientation pay at $150–157.50/hour after first 8 hours.
- Hourly rates between $300–315.
- Holiday pay at 1.5x hourly rate, ranging from $450–472.50/hour.
