Required Skills:
- MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Valid medical license in California or registered through IMLC
- Proven clinical skills with proficiency in procedures such as PAPs, cryotherapy, punch biopsies, wound care, joint injections, and toenail removals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a patient load of approximately 15-18 patients daily with efficiency and compassion
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in a primary care setting with adult and geriatric populations
- Familiarity with NextGen EMR system
- Ability to perform minor procedures confidently and independently
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited school
- Minimum of 2 years of primary care experience preferred, including procedural skills
- Active medical license in California or eligible via IMLC
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
- Flexibility to support contract duration of 3-6 months with travel and lodging covered
