Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA)!

What You'll Do:

As a CRNA with us, you will deliver anesthesia services across a variety of surgical procedures involving general, orthopedic, gynecological, ENT, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, neuro, and trauma cases. You will support a diverse patient population, from pediatrics to geriatrics, ensuring high-quality care in a hospital environment. Flexibility is key—your schedule will be Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3 pm, with shifts requiring the ability to float between locations, predominantly Moses Cone. You will work with advanced equipment like Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitors, and collaborate with a dedicated anesthesiology team.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

  • Active North Carolina state license or ability to obtain a compact license

  • 1-2 years of anesthesia experience (no new graduates)

  • Current ACLS and PALS certification

  • Ability to float between locations as needed

  • Strong clinical skills in vascular, neuro, and pediatrics (preferred but not required)

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills



Nice to Have Skills:


  • Experience with cardiac and lung anesthesia procedures

  • Familiarity with EPIC EMR systems

  • Additional certifications or specialized training in anesthesia techniques



Preferred Education and Experience:


  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with anesthesia specialization

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital setting



Other Requirements:


  • Willingness to work full-time, 40 hours per week

  • Ability to handle a high-volume caseload with 60+ cases per day

  • Credentialing completed within 60-90 days

  • Must be willing to work flexible schedules, including holidays

  • No licensure or travel reimbursements are provided, but benefits include competitive pay, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), paid sick time, and robust referral bonuses
