Required Skills:
- Board Certification or Board Eligible in Urology
- Active Arizona medical license
- DEA certification
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical Urology experience
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR system
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in hospital-based Urology practice
- Additional certifications or specialized training in urological procedures
- Familiarity with emergency call duties and coverage
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- At least 1 year of post-residency Urology practice
- Proven ability to handle adult patient populations confidently
Other Requirements:
- Must be available for 24-hour beeper call shifts starting July 21, 2026
- Willingness to work in a hospital setting with a bed capacity of 269
- Travel and licensure reimbursement as applicable
