Join Our Team as an Emergency Medicine Physician - Make a Difference in Seaside, OR!
Are you a dedicated Emergency Medicine professional looking to provide critical care in a beautiful coastal setting? We are seeking motivated and skilled physicians to join our team in Seaside, Oregon, to cover upcoming medical leaves from July through December 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in a supportive environment, while enjoying the stunning scenery and relaxed lifestyle of the Oregon coast.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Active medical license and DEA certification
- Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine (BC or BE within 3 years of residency; ABEM preferred)
- Current BLS, ACLS, PAL, ATLS, and NRP certifications (NRP highly preferred)
- Ability and willingness to work night shifts and perform intubations
- Excellent clinical skills with experience handling inpatient emergencies
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in a rural or coastal emergency setting
- Additional certifications or training in advanced airway management or trauma
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine
- Extensive emergency medicine experience, particularly with adult patient populations
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Other Requirements:
- Clean file; able to obtain temporary privileges by July or August
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, primarily nights, with some days
- Availability to cover at least 7-8 shifts per month
