Join Our Team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Emergency & Urgent Care!

What You’ll Do:
- Provide compassionate, comprehensive care to adult and pediatric patients (6 months and older) in a fast-paced urgent care environment.
- Perform a variety of minor procedures, including I&D, lac repair, ear irrigations, and more.
- Operate independently as the sole provider on-site, delivering excellent patient outcomes.
- Utilize Epic EMR to document and manage patient visits efficiently.
- Collaborate with supportive staff and supervising physicians to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 12 months of relevant clinical experience treating both adult and pediatric patients.
- Board certification in your respective field (NP or PA), with active licensure and certification (BLS, DEA, and NP or PA certification).
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system.
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume urgent care setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, patient-centered attitude.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience performing minor procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, or ear irrigations.
- Prior experience working in urgent care or emergency medicine.
- Comfort working with diverse patient populations.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants with at least 12 months of recent urgent care or emergency medicine experience.
- Passion for community healthcare and the ability to handle high patient volumes.
Other Requirements:
- Local candidates residing within approximately 60 miles of Lumberton, NC.
- Ability to commit to full-time hours and participate in required EMR, credentialing, and onboarding processes (training scheduled Wednesdays).
- No travel or overnight lodging reimbursement, mileage reimbursement available.
