Required Skills:
- Valid AZ RN License with CRNA certification
- Recent hospital anesthesia experience (preferred within the last year)
- Current BLS or ACLS certification
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and patient safety protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Cerner and SaAnesthesia EMRs
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle high case volumes
- Knowledge of trauma and ortho procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's Degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program
- Minimum of 1-2 years recent hospital anesthesia experience
Other Requirements:
- AZ state licensure required to present
- Credentialing process completed within approximately 30 days
- Availability for 12-hour day shifts, including some overtime opportunities after scheduled shifts
- Ability to pass a quick phone interview with Dr. Weiss
