Required Skills:
- Valid and active CRNA licensure with state-specific certification
- Proven experience in administering anesthesia for various procedures including endoscopies and minimally invasive surgeries
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, patient monitoring, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and calmness
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in outpatient or ambulatory surgery settings
- Advanced certifications such as ACLS, BLS, or specific anesthesia procedures
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Additional languages or cultural competencies that enhance patient rapport
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of proven CRNA experience in surgical or procedural settings
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
Other Requirements:
- Commitment to adhering to all safety and infection control protocols
- Ability to start on June 11, 2026, with flexibility for specific dates
- Local candidates or those within driving distance are preferred for optimal coverage during scheduled procedures
- Willingness to travel or assist with on-call duties if needed
