Required Skills:
- Valid medical license and current board certification in OB-GYN
- Proven clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology
- Strong diagnostic and procedural skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to patient safety and confidentiality
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with minimally invasive surgical techniques
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency
- Membership in professional OB-GYN associations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical experience
- Prior experience in a healthcare facility similar to ours is advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Ability to fulfill physical demands of the role
- Willingness to participate in continuous education and training
- Must obtain and maintain state medical licensure and board certification
- Willingness to travel or participate in on-call duties as required
