Required Skills:
- Valid medical license and board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Strong clinical knowledge in women's health, prenatal, and postpartum care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Adept at managing high-pressure situations and making critical decisions
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with telemedicine or outpatient women’s health services
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting with coverage duties
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in women’s health practice
- Prior experience with hospital call rotations is advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Must hold active medical licensure valid in the state of practice
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Willingness to provide coverage once per month, including 3 days of 24-hour call shifts (Friday 7 am to Monday 7 am); future increased coverage may be needed
- Travel and licensure reimbursement where applicable
