Job Title: Pediatrics - Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine & Critical Care Medicine Specialist

Required Skills:
- Board certification or eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and/or Critical Care Medicine
- Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care and pediatric critical care
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in neonatal and pediatric intensive care units (NICU/PICU)
- Ultrasound and other diagnostic proficiency
- Participation in research, quality improvement initiatives, or teaching roles
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Fellowship training in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and Critical Care Medicine
- At least 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital-based setting
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work on-call shifts as needed, including backup NICU on-call responsibilities
- Willingness to travel for relevant conferences or training (if applicable)
- Certifications in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
