What You’ll Do:
As a Long Term Care CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents’ daily needs, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. Your compassionate care will foster a safe and nurturing environment for those who rely on your expertise.
Required Skills:
- Active CNA certification/license
- Proven experience in long-term care or similar healthcare settings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, respectful care
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Nice to Have Skills:
- Bilingual abilities
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Knowledge of infection control protocols
- CPR and First Aid certification
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a long-term care environment
Other Requirements:
- Availability for day shifts on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 6 AM to 6 PM
- Willingness to start ASAP
- Must adhere to all applicable state, federal, and local laws regarding healthcare practice
- Willingness to travel and accept reimbursements if applicable
