Required Skills:
- Valid Nursing License (RN or LPN/LVN as required)
- Proven experience in long-term or extended care settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and patient-centered care approach
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience with 7-on/7-off shift rotations
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) degree from an accredited institution
- At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or similar settings
- Familiarity with shift work and extended care operations
Other Requirements:
- Must be available to start on 06/15/2026
- Reliable transportation and willingness to fulfill the 7-on/7-off shift schedule
- Willingness to travel for certification or licensure reimbursement (if applicable)
- Certified nursing training and relevant certifications preferred
