Emergency Room CNA – Join Our Dynamic Critical Care Team!

Required Skills:
- Valid CNA certification in good standing
- Prior experience in Emergency Department or acute care settings
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent patient care and assessment skills
- Ability to follow healthcare protocols and safety procedures meticulously
- Adept at multitasking and quick decision-making
Nice to Have Skills:
- Bilingual abilities to better serve diverse patient populations
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience with EHR/documentation systems
- Knowledge of trauma care procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Previous ED or emergency healthcare experience preferred, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant practice
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work the day shift on a 36/48 schedule starting mid-July 2026
- Flexibility to work overtime after 48 hours (note: OT isn’t billable until after this threshold)
- Ability to commit to the schedule and adhere to hospital protocols
- Valid state licensure and certifications as required
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and mandatory hospital programs
