In this temp direct role, you’ll work a steady 5x8 schedule, 40 hours per week, with no call. Expect an outpatient-focused caseload with a mix of general orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, and strong emphasis on pelvic floor care for the right candidate. You’ll perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, provide hands-on interventions, and deliver high-impact patient education designed to improve function and quality of life.
You’ll collaborate closely with a supportive therapy team and broader interdisciplinary providers, contributing to a patient-centered environment where therapists are encouraged to practice at the top of their license. Your typical day includes a manageable caseload, dedicated documentation time, and the opportunity to refine and grow your pelvic health skill set while still keeping variety in your schedule.
