Occupational Therapist - Skilled - (OT)

Pay Rate: $2306.00 - $2376.00
Travel OT Skilled Nursing jobs in Santa Rosa, CA are available for 13-week assignments, working Monday through Friday 8-hour days with 40 hours per week. You must have a current California license and skilled nursing experience.
Your responsibilities include evaluating and treating residents to improve their independence and quality of life, collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams, and documenting progress. You will treat 30-35 patients per week in a 42-bed setting, and participate in on-call coverage
