Physical Therapist – Outpatient Setting
    Central Connecticut

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a well-established outpatient team in central Connecticut. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, provide personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.

• Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, strength, and function.

• Educate patients and families on exercises, recovery strategies, and wellness.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for coordinated care.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications:

• Licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist in the state of Connecticut.

• Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered mindset.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
