About the Role

A busy outpatient clinic in northwestern Arizona is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join their team. This is a full-time role providing patient-centered care to help individuals recover from injuries, improve mobility, and regain independence.

You’ll enjoy working in a collaborative environment with opportunities to make a real impact on patients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide evidence-based interventions to restore function and reduce pain

• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for Arizona licensure)

• Outpatient experience preferred (new graduates welcome)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for patient-centered care
