Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: $70,000–$112,000 based on experience + Merit and market-based annual increases

Qualifications: 

• Degree: Master's in Physical Therapy preferred
• Certifications:  Basic Life Support (BLS) provided during onboarding
• Licensure: Indiana PT licensure or eligible
• Skillset: Experience in outpatient ortho, swing bed rehab, EMG, and multidisciplinary team care
• Experience:  New grads and experienced PTs welcome; mentorship and structured onboarding included
