M-W-F 8 hr/day coverage OR M-F 8 hr/day
Active MD State License - REQUIRED at time of submission, no exceptionsPractice Setting: Outpatient Practice 3-5 days a week for 8 hours per day Required Procedures:
Chemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrapleural / Peritoneal, etc.
Chemotherapy - Intrathecal
FNA/Biopsy
Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters
