Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri (8a-5p); two days per week of coverage needed
Worksite Setting: Outpatient
Scope of Work:
General urology
Avg 10ppd
Clinic based evaluations, minor procedures
work collaboratively within ambulatory care team
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CT license preferred, IMLC accepted w/LOQ, BC, DEA.CSR
EMR: Epic
