This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: · Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8a-6p · Patients per day: 10-15 · Practice Setting: Wellness Clinic · State Licensure: Active Oregon state Medical License, Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) · Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days or less
