Requirements:- Active RN license
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (BSN required; MSN preferred)
- BLS required; ACLS preferred
- Previous OR clinical experience
- Prior leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the Operating Room
- Ensure safe, efficient surgical services and compliance standards
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate case flow and optimize surgical throughput
- Monitor quality, infection control, and patient safety initiatives
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and leadership
- Manage department budget, supplies, and equipment
- Lead staff development and education programs
