Requirements:- Active RN license
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (BSN required; MSN preferred)
- BLS required; ACLS preferred
- Several years of clinical nursing experience required
- Prior leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of assigned nursing unit
- Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and staff performance
- Monitor patient flow, outcomes, and quality metrics
- Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Develop and support staff education and competencies
- Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership
- Manage budget, resources, and regulatory compliance
